NaRae went back to school at the age of 29 and graduated with a Kinesiology degree from Dalhousie in 2023. She has over 8+ years in teaching fitness and dance. She also began teaching Pilates for two years, mainly targeting seniors for rehabilitative approach. NaRae is currently working on a program called Anatomy Trains in Motion to become a fascial movement integration instructor.
